I am a writer, public health professional, and certified health education specialist. My passions align at the intersection of society, health improvement, and holistic wellness. I’m focused on re-imaging our individual and shared definitions of holistic health and what that means in our lives. In Dreams of Wellness, we’re getting deep into topics like health, stress, healing, inner peace, vulnerability, mental health, finding and building community and so much more. This space exists to critically examine the barriers we face. Here, we’ll also be confident in knowing that we can address these challenges when we give ourselves space to rest and dream beyond what we can see in front of us. I'm so glad you're here.
